updated, absolutely perfect room with a double bed, refrigeration plus a mini-fridge. great and fantastic location, within a walking distance of everywhere.

Really nice experience there. Fantastic location in the DFW area. Good choice of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. Great food for dinner and breakfast.

We had a nice stay thanks to hotel's very polite and courteous staff. The location was marvellous and fantastic and the free parking was on-site. The airport was 15 minutes drive away. The daily service was GREAT.

What a really really nice stay, no reason to complain. Fairly clean pet-friendly hotel with really good and courteous staff. Marvellous location in a particularly great area close to too airport and which is the Knights Inn and the surrounding areas local restaurant's. Beautifully maintained & updated rooms with a double bed. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

We were given a big room with central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The location of the hotel was incredible, in a good part of town...

Convenient location in a nice area, which made it simple to reach various attractions. It was also within walking distance to three nearby restaurants 🍽️. We even explored a bit of the city during a weekend trip towards Memphis.

The location of Extended Stay America Suites in Dallas was perfect for our needs as tourists. The recently updated room with laminate flooring was spacious and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the friendly front desk staff added to the positive experience.

Everything felt almost like being at home and nothing was too much trouble.

SURPRISE...$100 FEE CHARGED AT CHECK-IN!!

b In general: /b Room was nice size with a small kitchenette including large frig and a microwave. Air conditioner worked but slow to cool even after dark. The bed was comfortable. Parts of room were not clean - hair on countertop in bathroom. Unflushed remnants of poop in toilet. br/ b Location and surroundings: /b Not enough parking. Parking slots are small! Located right off Stemmons Hwy....sketchy characters loitering around the property at different times. Warning signs are posted in prominent areas prohiting guests from letting in non guests and warning that propping exit doors open are grounds for eviction. I did not feel safe here and fully expected to see my vehicle vandalized overnight. br/ b Service: /b Dismally lacking. Front desk clerk is clueless. She did not know what to do when I told her I couldn’t read the “no smoking, no pet” policy. The copy was illegible. She had to show me where to sign! All other copies were the same. Also the same with the page of amenities. SURPRISE!! At check in, you are REQUIRED TO PAY a $100 incidental fee. Not just a credit card hold....your card is charged immediately! It is supposedly credited within 5-10 business days after check-out. Upon check out, I told the front desk clerk to inspect my room now because I wanted credit upon checking out. She obliged, but it took over 39 minutes to get the credit - 20 minutes was spent on the phone with someone else to instruct on how to process the credit. RIDICULOUS!! Had I not driven so far and been tired, I would have found a decent place down the road. I travel quite a bit and this is my first (and last) time staying at an Extended Stay! The price - $83 was very high for the area and the inconvenience associated with the immediate $100 incidentals fee, and what kind of establishment demands guests to sign an illegible policy??? Clerk makes sure to say the immediate collection of the “$100 incidentals fee” is mandated by the District Manager; however, guests are not given contact information to discuss any complaints. Guests have to call the hotel and speak to the General Manager and the GM supposedly discusses the complaint with the District Manager. br/ b Dining: /b Breakfast consisted of prepackaged “grab and go” bars. Coffee and juice. Nothing fresh - fake food. I ate elsewhere. br/ b Room: /b Hair found on the bathroom counter. Remnants of unflushed poop in the toilet. I slept on top of the sheets. br/ b Useful tips: /b DON’T STAY HERE! br/

The value for our money at Extended Stay was excellent. The updated room with laminate flooring was spacious and comfortable, and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. The hotel's location was convenient for our needs.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and options.
